Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions — these are outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
Fulfillment
BigBoySupps is a curated supplement retailer. All products are fulfilled directly by our authorized brand and distribution partners. Your order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 2 additional business days (carrier misscans are common)
- Contact us at support@bigboysupps.com if the package still has not arrived
We will file a carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund for confirmed lost shipments.
