Refund policy

At BigBoySupps, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • Your package was lost in transit (never delivered)

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the consumable nature of supplements and health products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products purchased in error (wrong flavor, wrong size)
  • Products you simply changed your mind about after delivery

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at support@bigboysupps.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect). We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For damaged or incorrect orders, we may offer a full replacement shipment at no charge as an alternative to a refund.

Refunds Over $100

Refund requests exceeding $100 are reviewed directly by our management team and may require additional verification.
