Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is 4–8 business days; expedited (when available) is 2–4 business days. Estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes, after discounts).

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbors and building management, wait 2 business days (carrier misscans are common), then email support@bigboysupps.com and we'll file a carrier claim and make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept refund or replacement requests for items that arrive wrong, damaged, defective, or lost in transit — within 30 days of delivery. Because supplements are consumable, we can't accept opened products or change-of-mind returns.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@bigboysupps.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Are your products authentic?
Always. Every product is sourced through authorized brand and distribution partners.

Are these supplements safe for me?
Our products are intended to complement a healthy diet and exercise program — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition. You must be 18+ to purchase.

Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes reordering and tracking easier.
