If a TidyLoop product doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. No fine print gymnastics.

How it works:

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong.
2. We'll refund you or send a replacement — for most consumable products, you won't need to ship anything back.
3. Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Tools & devices (spin scrubber, etc.): unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; defective units are replaced free at any point in the first 90 days.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
